Asthma is a lung disease that causes obstruction of the airways…involving repeated difficulty in breathing. During an asthma attack, bronchial tubes narrow and secrete an excess of mucus, airways become inflamed or swollen and begin to generate mucus making it very hard to breathe. Cold can shock the bronchial tubes into spasms. Must keep a continuous list of stuff that trigger your asthmatic responses and then avoid them as best as you can.
